- We set one cookie. It keeps you signed in, and the studio does not work without it.
- No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking on our site.
- There is no cookie banner because there is nothing optional to consent to. If that ever changes, we will ask before setting anything new.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Do we use it? | Consent required? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Yes — sign-in and session continuity. Section 3 lists each one. | No. The exemption covers what is required to deliver the service you asked for |
| Functional | No. Your studio preferences are stored against your account on the server, not on your device | Would be, if we used any |
| Analytics | No. We measure the Services from server-side operational data, which sets nothing on your device | Would be, if we used any |
| Advertising / tracking | No, and we permit no ad-network tracking on our site | Not applicable |
4. How to control cookies
- In your browser: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear site storage through its settings. Doing so signs you out, because the only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.
- By signing out: this clears the cookie and both storage entries.
- Opt-out signals: a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal has nothing to act on here. We set no analytics, advertising or other optional storage, and we do not sell or share personal information — so there is no processing for the signal to switch off.
There is nothing to opt out of, which is the point of the short list in Section 3. The trade-off is the honest one: refusing the session cookie does not reduce tracking, because there is none — it only prevents you from signing in.
5. Legal basis and your rights
Where the ePrivacy Directive, UK PECR or a comparable local law applies, everything in Section 3 falls under the strict-necessity exemption: each entry is required to deliver the service you asked for, so none of it requires consent. We rely on no other basis because we store nothing else. Where US state privacy law applies, our use of cookies is not a sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Information collected through cookies is personal information, and the rights described in the Privacy Policy — access, correction, deletion, portability and complaint — apply to it.
