- You can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of the charge.
- Renewals are refundable within 7 days if you have not run a build in the new billing period. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
- Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, so the refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
- Your statutory consumer rights always come first — nothing here reduces them.
1. Who you are buying from
This means your purchase is subject both to this Policy and to Lemon Squeezy's own terms and refund handling. Where this Policy is more generous than Lemon Squeezy's default terms, we honour this Policy. Florgin never receives or stores your full card details.
2. Refund windows
| What you bought | Refund window | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| First payment on a new subscription | 14 days from the charge | Full refund, no reason required |
| Automatic renewal of an existing subscription | 7 days from the renewal charge | Full refund if you have not run a build in the new billing period |
| Plan upgrade mid-period | 14 days from the upgrade charge | Refund of the upgrade difference; you return to your previous plan |
| Duplicate or incorrect charge | Any time | Full refund of the erroneous amount |
| Service failure attributable to Florgin | Any time | Pro-rata refund or service credit for the affected period |
Refund windows run from the date the payment was taken, not from the date you first used the Services. If a window lands on a weekend or public holiday, we treat the next business day as in time.
3. What is not refundable
- Billing periods that have already elapsed, beyond the windows in Section 2.
- Renewal charges where you have already run builds in the new billing period, unless the Services failed materially.
- Amounts attributable to a plan you used substantially through the period, where the request is made after the applicable window.
- Third-party costs you incurred separately — domain registrations, hosting, model provider accounts you hold directly, or paid services you connected to Florgin.
- Accounts terminated by us for a serious breach of the User Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Requests made after a chargeback has been filed for the same transaction — see Section 6.
4. How to request a refund
- Email 1florginai@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund request".
- Include your order or receipt number from Lemon Squeezy, the charge date and amount, and — optionally — the reason. A reason is not required within the first-payment window.
- We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 5 business days of receiving the information we need.
- If approved, we instruct Lemon Squeezy to issue the refund to your original payment method.
- You can also request directly through the Lemon Squeezy order portal linked from your receipt; we will be notified either way.
Refunds are issued in the original currency to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 5–10 business days after Lemon Squeezy processes it; we do not control that timing. Any foreign exchange difference between the charge and the refund is set by your issuer, not by us.
5. Cancellation and what happens to your data
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it is not itself a refund. You keep paid access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your workspace then moves to the Free plan rather than being deleted.
Export your projects before cancelling if you want a local copy — Settings → Data & privacy exports everything as an archive. If you close your account entirely, we delete Customer Content within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.
If a refund is issued for a period you have already used, we may downgrade the workspace to the Free plan immediately and apply Free-plan limits.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes far longer to resolve than a refund, and we can almost always sort out a genuine billing problem quickly.
If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend the associated account while the dispute is open, and we will provide Lemon Squeezy and the card network with account and usage records as evidence. If the chargeback is resolved in our favour, we may require the disputed amount plus any fee to be settled before restoring the account. Filing a chargeback for a charge you actually authorised, without first contacting us, is a breach of the User Agreement.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any non-waivable right you have under the consumer law of your place of residence, including any statutory right to cancel, withdraw or receive a refund.
- European Union and United Kingdom: consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Where you asked us to begin supplying digital services immediately and acknowledged you would lose that right, it may not apply — but our own 14-day window in Section 2 gives you the same practical outcome.
- United States: state consumer protection statutes apply where relevant, and this Policy does not waive any remedy they provide.
- Everywhere else: any statutory consumer guarantee or distance-selling right your country gives you applies in addition to this Policy, and this Policy does not reduce it.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The version in force on the date of your charge is the one that applies to that charge, so a later change never reduces a refund right you already had.
